Returns Policy

If your product arrives and it is faulty, of unacceptable quality, or you feel that the product received is not as advertised and doesn't match the description, of course we are happy to accept returns and will provide a full refund.

If you have changed your mind about your order, unfortunately we can’t accept your return.

If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we can attempt to amend your order. If it has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot amend your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund or replacement for faulty products 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if we have approve or rejected your refund or replacement request.

If approved for refund, a credit will be issued immediately and should appear in your account within 3-7 days.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider as their internal processes may delay your refund.

Shipping faulty products

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 134, Brunswick West VIC 3055

We will ship the replacement product as soon as we receive and approve your request. The time it takes to reach you will vary depending on where you are located.
